Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any requirements or provisions contained in this chapter or the codes adopted by reference shall be prosecuted in the name of the village and, on being found guilty thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined a minimum amount of $50 up to a maximum of $750 per offense, with each day that such violation continues being a separate offense.
