§ 97.06 ALARM ACTIVATIONS AT A PREMISES WHERE AN ALARM USER PERMIT HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED.
   Any alarm user who does not have a valid alarm user permit will be assessed a fine in the amount of $200. This fine will be assessed 72 hours after an initial alarm is received. This 72 hour period will allow the alarm user to obtain an alarm user's permit from the village. If the protected premises does not comply within the 72 hour period, a $200 fine will be assessed for all false alarms received, in addition to any other fines assessed in accordance with §§ 97.10, 97.11 and § 97.99 of this chapter.
