§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined, upon conviction thereof, not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.17 or 90.19 shall be deemed to be guilty of an offense and shall be punished, upon conviction thereof, by a fine of not less than $20 for the first offense, $40 for the second offense, $80 for the third offense, $160 for the fourth offense, $320 for the fifth offense, and $400 for each offense thereafter. If any violation shall be of a continuing nature, each day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense and subject to the progressive penalties contained herein.
   (C)   In addition to any other penalties provided by this chapter, any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be required to immediately comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter, including, but not limited to, compliance with the front yard setback requirements for electric or electronic pet containment systems described in § 90.27.
