Electric or electronic pet containment systems shall be a permitted accessory use in any residence district provided that it conforms with this chapter and other applicable ordinances of the village, including the zoning ordinance. Electric or electronic pet containment systems shall be permitted in the front yard of a property only if it is to be located at a distance not less than ten feet from the front yard property line.
