It shall be unlawful within the village to permit any dog to be in the front yard of any property unless such dog is on a leash or is being supervised by a person that is in the front yard with the dog. This section may be enforced without regard to whether the front yard is enclosed by any fence, by an electric or electronic pet containment system, or by any other barrier.
