§ 52.60 PRIVATE WATER WELLS SHALL BE CAPPED.
   Upon connection to the village's public water supply system by any user, all existing private water wells located on or otherwise serving any user's property shall be capped and rendered inoperable, unless otherwise provided for in this subchapter.
