(A) All outside use of water from the village public water system is prohibited from twelve noon through 6:00 p.m. of each day, seven days per week, during the months this subchapter is in effect.
(B) Use of water for outside yard sprinkling, lawns, flowers, bushes, or trees, is limited to four days per week, as follows:
(1) At all addresses, the last digit of which ends in an odd number, the outside water use is allowed only during permitted hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
(2) At all addresses, the last digit of which ends in an even number, the outside water use is allowed only during permitted hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
(3) Filling of swimming pools and other outside uses of water such as washing of vehicles, filling fountains, spraying sidewalks and driveways is limited to a combined total of two hours per week on permitted hours and days, as provided in this division.
