(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision contained in §§ 50.02 through 50.10 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during on or which the violation occurs or continues.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 50.15, 50.17 and 50.18 shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99
