§ 50.17 VEHICLE REGULATIONS.
   Any vehicle used by a scavenger in such business shall be water tight and equipped with air tight covers for such portions as are used for the transportation of refuse. It shall be unlawful for any such vehicle to be driven on or through any street in the village during a Sunday.
