(a) Owners of vacant residential and commercial properties not serviced by a water meter shall pay the city’s current garbage fee, administrative fee, municipal fee, fire fee, flood fee and economic development fee on a monthly basis to be billed on the first of each month as the current water fee is billed.
(b) The Mayor of the City of Ironton shall identify such vacant properties, as well as their owners.
(c) The penalty for failing to pay said fee by the tenth day of the month the fee is billed shall be an additional 10% of the amount billed.
