§ 1259.01 COMPLIANCE WITH R-1 DISTRICT; EXCEPTIONS.

This district shall fully comply with all the requirements of a Residence R-1 Single-Family District as set forth in §§ 1258.01 through 1258.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Ironton, with the exception that the setback line for the front yard shall be 15 feet and that the maximum lot coverage shall be 40%.
