For each attachment of a small cell facilities to a wireless support structures owned or operated by the city and located in the right-of-way, the city may charge the operator an annual fee as prescribed in R.C. § 4939.02 and as listed on associated application forms which shall be made available by the Public Service Department. The City may adjust this fee 10% every five years, rounded to the nearest five dollars ($5.00).
