Any person violating any provision of the vacant building registry shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and shall pay the costs of prosecution. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
