§ 1474.27 VIOLATIONS.
   No person shall:
   (a)   Fail to comply with any lawful order issued by the Code Enforcement Officer under this chapter; or
   (b)   Proceed with the installation, alteration or repair of any work in a manner which does not comply with the approved plans and the permit issued for such work.
