§ 1474.17 ONE AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL SIGNS.
   Only the following on-premises signs may be erected on any premises used for a one or two-family residence.
   (a)   Temporary signs. One temporary sign on each premises, nonilluminated and not exceeding 12 square feet in face area or 24 feet in total area. Such signs may be wall signs or freestanding signs not exceeding six feet in overall height.
   (b)   Identification signs. One identification sign for each dwelling unit, nonilluminated and not exceeding six square feet in face area or 12 square feet in total area. Such signs may be wall signs, projecting signs or freestanding signs not exceeding six feet in overall height.
   (c)   Directional signs. Directional signs as needed in addition to other permitted signs to control pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Such a sign shall not exceed six square feet in face area or 12 square feet in total area. Signs may be wall signs, projecting signs or freestanding signs not exceeding six feet in overall height.
