§ 1474.08 OBSTRUCTIONS TO TRAFFIC VISIBILITY AT INTERSECTIONS.

No freestanding sign or sign structure shall occupy an area between two feet above and ten feet above the average street grade within 20 feet of the intersection of the right-of-way lines of a public street, highway or alley.
