§ 1474.05 RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS.

The owner of each sign or sign structure and the owner of the premises upon which such sign is erected, affixed, attached or maintained shall each be individually and separately responsible for the maintenance of such sign or sign structure and its removal when so ordered.
