§ 1474.04 NONCONFORMING SIGNS.
   Signs existing at the time of the enactment of this chapter and not conforming to its provisions, but which were constructed in compliance with previous regulations, shall be regarded as nonconforming signs. Such nonconforming signs may be continued if properly repaired and maintained as provided for in this chapter and if they continue to be in conformity with other city ordinances.
