§ 1440.01 ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY; BUILDING OFFICIAL AND CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER DEFINED.

As used in this Part Fourteen - Building and Housing Code, “Administrative Authority,” “Building Official” or “Code Enforcement Officer” means the city official assigned the responsibility of enforcing applicable provisions of this Building and Housing code.
