Property which is presently designated for acquisition in the Urban Renewal Plan may be excluded at a later date if it is found that it is not feasible for the project to acquire the property and the property is not substandard, a blighting influence, necessary for a public improvement or necessary for the efficient and expeditious execution of the Urban Renewal Plan within its goals and objectives. No such properties are identified at this time.
