(a) No person shall place, or permit to be placed, any house trailer used for human habitation within the city, except in authorized trailer parks, or when used for office purposes in the industrial zoned areas of the city for limited periods, not to exceed one year from the date of installation.
(b) No person shall make use of business trailers for residential purposes or housing of any type.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
