§ 1282.06 FENCES.
   No fence or wall serving the purpose of a fence shall be constructed of such height and in such a location in the front or side yard as to interfere with the safety or vehicular traffic in the streets. Any fence or wall with a height in excess of seven feet and located elsewhere on the lot shall be subject to all regulations and requirements for building. Hedges and shrubbery on corner lots within the required front yards along both streets shall be subject to the same regulations as those for fences. No fence shall be constructed on any street until a permit is obtained from the Building Officer. The permit shall be issued at no cost upon approval by the Building Officer that the fence will be in conformity with this section.
