(a) Fences and small incidental structures used for children’s recreation shall not be subject to the requirements for the principal building or accessory building.
(b) Accessory buildings, except for a garage built into or made a structural part of a dwelling, shall be located only in the rear yard within a minimum distance of 15 feet from the principal building and with the following minimum setback distances:
(1) The minimum distance from an alley or easement shall be the average setback distance of the accessory buildings in the same block, but not less than two feet.
(2) The minimum distance from a rear lot line other than an alley or easement shall be four feet.
(3) The minimum distance from a side street shall be as provided in § 1282.02.
(4) The minimum distance from other side lot lines shall be two feet, unless the accessory building is connected with the garage of the neighboring lot by a fire wall.
(5) The minimum distance from any other building shall be four feet.
