(a) No lot shall be so reduced that any of the required open spaces shall be smaller than prescribed in this Zoning Code. No yard or other open space required for a building shall, during the life of such building, be occupied by or counted as an open space for another building on the same or adjoining lot.
(b) All buildings on through lots or reversed frontage lots shall conform to the front yard requirements for each street.
(c) No residence shall be built nearer than three feet to any side or rear lot line nor within less than any setback distance as required by this Zoning Code.
