§ 1280.08 LOADING AND UNLOADING SPACE.
   (a)   Loading spaces shall be provided and maintained on the same premises with every building, structure or part thereof erected, occupied, enlarged or intended to be used, for manufacturing, storage, warehouse, goods display, department store, wholesale store, market, retail store, hotel, hospital, laundry, dry cleaning or other use similarly involving the receipt or distribution, by vehicles, of material or merchandise.
   (b)   Such space shall be adequate for standing, loading and unloading services, in order to avoid undue interference with public use of the streets or alleys.
   (c)   Loading and unloading space shall not be occupied or considered as any part of the required off-street parking area.
   (d)   All business districts shall include a ten-foot by 20-foot loading space with a 14-foot height clearance for every 20,000 square feet or fraction thereof in excess of 3,000 square feet of building floor area or land area used for the purposes mentioned in division (a) hereof. In the Business B-3 District, such space, unless otherwise adequately provided for, shall include a ten-foot by 25 foot loading space with a 14-foot height clearance for each structure, building or part thereof erected, enlarged or increased in capacity as follows:
