(a) Required off-street parking space sizes shall be as follows:
(1) For single and two-family residential uses, be a minimum of nine feet wide by 18 feet long;
(2) For multifamily residential uses, be a minimum of nine feet wide by 18 feet long;
(3) For business uses, be a minimum of nine feet wide by 18 feet long;
(4) For industrial uses, be a minimum of nine feet wide by 18 feet long; and
(5) For all parallel parking along any drive or street, eight feet wide by 23 feet long.
(b) Internal or access drives shall be:
(1) If less than 500 feet long, 20 feet passage width;
(2) If more than 500 feet long, 24 feet passage width; and
(3) Subject to the following:
A. Widths shall not include any parking and shall be measured at the curb line.
B. All curves and intersecting angles shall have a minimum radius of 40 feet.
C. Access drives to any business district or industrial district parking area through any private lands of any residence district shall be prohibited.
(c) Parking spaces for all types of uses may be provided either in garages or parking areas conforming with this Zoning Code.
