In a Health Service HS-1 District, accessory uses, buildings or structures customarily incident or accessory to a principally or conditionally permitted use, as well as those technological advancements incident or accessory to a principally or conditionally permitted use, health service administration buildings, as emergency medical service (EMS) garage with on-duty berthing and utility stations shall be permitted.
