In a Light Industrial I-1 District, the following requirements shall be observed:
(a) There is no maximum building height.
(b) Front, rear and side yards, unless otherwise required, shall be as follows:

(c) Off-street parking and loading facilities shall be provided as specified in Chapter 1280.
