In a Light Industrial I-1 District, buildings and uses which are prohibited in § 1270.03 shall be set back 100 feet from front and rear lot lines and 125 feet from the side lot line or centerline of the side street, whichever is the lesser, except that where a railroad right-of-way, river or canal constitutes a lot line, no setback shall be required from the railroad right-of-way, river or canal.
