The purpose of the Business B-2 District is to permit and encourage the establishment of shopping centers which offer a wide variety of consumer goods and services. The Business B-2 District is intended to serve a larger population and larger area than the Business B-1 District and, where located along major highways and thoroughfares, to accommodate primarily automotive-oriented establishments.
