§ 1262.03 ACCESSORY USES AND BUILDINGS.

In a Residence R-3 District, accessory uses, buildings or structures shall be as permitted and regulated in the Residence R-2 District. Any accessory use, building or structure customarily incident or accessory to a principal or conditional permitted use in the R-3 District shall be permitted in the R-3 District. Off-street parking as required and as specified in Chapter 1280 may be provided as an accessory use.
