§ 1255.01 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.
   (a)   A seven-member Design Review Board shall be established to consist of a representative from the following offices and organizations:
      (1)   City Council appointed by the President of Council;
      (2)   A business owner within the designated Central Business District as appointed by the Mayor;
      (3)   City Public Services Department/ Building Code Office - appointed by the Mayor;
      (4)   Director of the Recognized Downtown Organization;
      (5)   Member of the Design Review Board member of the Downtown Organization;
      (6)   The Community Development Director; and
      (7)   A representative of the local Historical Society appointed by the President of that organization.
   (b)   All appointed members to the Board will have a term to serve on the committed equal to the term of the designated appointing individual.
