§ 1252.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Zoning Code, or whoever erects, constructs, alters, enlarges, repairs or uses, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired or used, any building, structure or land in violation of this Zoning Code or of a permit or authorization issued hereunder, shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense and shall pay the costs of prosecution. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   The owner of a building, structure or premises where anything in violation of this Zoning Code is placed, exists or is used, and an architect, builder, contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith and who may have assisted in the commission of such violation, shall each be guilty of a separate offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided by division (a) hereof.
