§ 1062.02 PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (a)   Park hours.
      (1)   Labor Day until Memorial Day, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
      (2)   Memorial Day until Labor Day 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
   (b)   No loitering or dumping allowed.
   (c)   Picnic areas must be cleaned and orderly after use.
   (d)   No motorized vehicles allowed in park or on levees.
   (e)   Beer, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
   (f)   Firearms, fireworks or explosives of any kind are prohibited.
   (g)   Sales, solicitations or placement of signs within the parks require permission from the Mayor.
   (h)   Shelter houses can be reserved. A fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit is required. Contact City of Ironton, Finance Department at (740) 532-0439.
   (i)   Any person owning, keeping, possessing, walking, controlling or harboring any dog or cat shall promptly remove and dispose of all feces left by the dog or cat.
   (j)   Recreation Director reserves the right to close the facility for any circumstances deemed necessary and to restrict entry to the facility and to ask any person or persons to leave if any of the rules are not followed or inappropriate behavior is observed.
   (k)   Absolutely no writing, painting or graffiti materials will be allowed in or around parks or levees.
   (l)   Children under the age of ten must always be accompanied by an adult.
   (m)   Any defects, or damage to park equipment shall be reported to the Recreation Department office Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at (740) 532-6224.
   (n)   Pick up all trash and put in proper receptacles.
