§ 1062.01 RIVER VIEW PARK.

   (a)   River View Park is hereby re-established by the city for the benefit and use of the residents.

   (b)   The park is located as follows: those public lands owned by the city and bounded by the mouth of Storms Creek to the west, the Ironton flood wall to the north, the Center Street landing to the east and the Ohio River to the South.
