§ 1046.35 RATES FOR THE SALE OF WATER FOR CUSTOMERS OF TANKER TRUCKS.
   (a)   Each customer purchasing water for a tanker truck shall pay a one-time service charge of ten dollars ($10.00) to set up an account with the city.
   (b)   Two dollars fifty cents ($2.50) of the service charge is hereby earmarked for the city’s administrative fee and seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) is hereby earmarked for the maintenance of the station site where tanker trucks are loaded.
   (c)   Customers shall pay the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per 1,000 gallons of water sold to the customer of a tanker truck, or portion thereof.
   (d)   The ten dollar ($10.00) per gallon cost shall increase annually on January 1 of each year at a rate of 1.5% or the Consumer Price Index increase of the previous year, whichever is greater.
