(a) Residential septic haulers shall pay the following rates: $25.00 for each 1,000 gallons, or part thereof.
(b) Non-residential septic haulers shall pay the following rate: $50.00 for each 1,000 gallons, or part thereof.
(c) “Residential septic haulers” shall be defined as a hauler that has a minimum of eight full-time employees and pays income tax to the City of Ironton.
All others shall be considered nonresidential septic haulers.
