§ 1042.34 REVIEW OF REGULATIONS.

This chapter shall be reviewed periodically by the Director of Public Works and Services. If, in his or her opinion, changes or additions are required to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, he or she shall submit them to Council for approval. Upon approval, the changes or additions shall be ratified as part of these Codified Ordinances.
