Once each year, the Director of Public Works and Services shall prepare a list summarizing the enforcement actions taken during the previous 12 months. The list shall be published in the largest daily newspaper in the city and shall include all persons whose violations remained uncorrected 45 or more days after notification of noncompliance, who exhibited a pattern of noncompliance or who failed to accurately report noncompliance with this chapter.
