§ 1042.23 RECORDS RETENTION.

All persons subject to this chapter shall retain and preserve, for not less than three years, any records, books, documents, memoranda, reports, correspondence and summaries relating to monitoring, sampling and chemical analyses made by or on his or her behalf in connection with his or her discharge.
