(a) The location of proposed poles, anchors and underground lines will be staked by the utility company and inspected by the Director of Public Works and Services. Such location will be described in feet from the nearest street, alley or lot line.
(b) The location, type of material, type of construction and all phases of the project must meet the approval of the Director, and all work shall be done in a manner coordinated between the utility company and the Director.
