An application for a permit required by § 1020.01 shall be made to the Public Services Coordinator. An inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall accompany the application. If the application is approved, a permit shall be issued. If such application is not approved, the applicant shall be so notified and the fee returned. The cumulative excavation permit fees for any single applicant shall not exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per calendar year.
