The Fire Chief shall survey or cause to be surveyed each tent for which a license has been granted after it is erected and, if it is to be used as a place of assembly, before it is occupied. During such survey, the Fire Chief or his or her authorized representative shall make sure that such tent is in compliance with Part Fourteen - the Building and Housing Code, Part Sixteen - the Fire Prevention Code and any other applicable provision of these Codified Ordinances. The Fire Chief or his or her authorized representative may require the licensee to take any and all measures necessary to bring such tent into compliance with applicable provisions of these Codified Ordinances and other laws as a condition for the continuing validity of the license.
