§ 884.02 LICENSE APPLICATION.

An application for a tent license shall be in a form prescribed by the Director of Finance and, when deemed necessary by the Fire Chief, such application shall include plans to scale showing exits, aisles, seating arrangements, details of structural support, seats, platforms, and the like.
