§ 876.02 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This chapter shall not apply to taxicabs from other jurisdictions having no city license, and bringing passengers into the city. However, no operator or driver of any such taxicab shall solicit or accept any passengers within the city for any destination within the city.
