§ 860.14 REGULATION OF STREET SOLICITORS.
   (a)   Anyone taking part in solicitations upon the streets of the city shall be 18 years of age or older.
   (b)   Such solicitations shall only occur on the first and last Saturdays of each month between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
   (c)   No organization can conduct said solicitations more than two times per calendar year.
   (d)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to accept or deny any application for such activity.
   (e)   Applications to conduct said solicitations shall be available at the Mayor's Office.
   (f)   The Mayor shall not approve any applications for solicitations to occur simultaneously with any other major event occurring in the city.
   (g)   All soliciting organizations approved for such conduct by the Mayor must have warning cones placed in the street. Said cones to be available for pick up and return to the City Street Department.
   (h)   All persons involved in the solicitations for the organization must sign a waiver of liability form provided by the Mayor before conducting the solicitation.
