(a) As used in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(1) “Hosting organization.” The organization authorized by the Mayor to put on a special event as defined herein.
(2) “Special event.” Any pre-designated event as determined by the Mayor.
(b) During any special event authorized by the Mayor, the authorized hosting organization for the event shall set the fees for vendors, said fees to be paid by the vendor to the hosting organization of the event.
(c) During such special event, this section shall supersede this chapter and Chapter 880.
