No person operating under any license required by this chapter shall at any time use any scales, weights or measures which have not been examined and sealed by the County Sealer of Weights and Measures. The licensee shall, while operating under such license, conform to all provisions of this chapter and these Codified Ordinances. Upon conviction of a violation of the provisions of any law or ordinance regulating the weighing, measuring or selling of any article or commodity, or upon conviction of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Director of Finance may revoke or suspend the license of any person licensed hereunder.
