§ 850.03 PROHIBITION; EXCEPTION.
   (a)   No person shall place or permit to be placed any mobile home used for human habitation in the city, except in an authorized mobile home park.
   (b)   Division (a) hereof shall not apply to any mobile home so placed on or before the effective date of this section.
