§ 840.16 STORAGE OF JUNK.
   No person shall store any junk in the city unless the same is in a building or in a yard enclosed by a fence made of wood, metal, plastic or some other opaque material, fences so constructed that the junk stored therein is not visible through the fence, and of a minimum height of five feet. Such junk, whether inside a building or in an enclosed yard, shall be so piled or placed that adequate passageways are at all times open and so that it is not visible from outside the enclosure.
